What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or modifications to the product.

  • Issues due to the use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
  • Liquid damage
  •  Damaged caused by the environment or acts of nature (i.e., natural disasters) including bit not limited to flooding, fire, or frost.

3. How to make Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, follow the steps below:

    • Provide the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting documentation (such as photos or videos of the defect).
  2. Return Authorization
    • Upon reviewing your claim, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the claim is valid.
    • Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping the Product
    • You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless stated otherwise. In some cases, we may cover shipping costs depending on the issue and product.
    • Include the RMA number and a copy of the original purchase receipt in the package.
  4. Inspection and Resolution
    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the issue.
    • If the product is found to be defective and covered by warranty, we will either:
      • Repair the product at no cost.
      • Replace the product with a similar refurbished unit.
      • Provide a refund if a repair or replacement is not feasible.
