Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: All orders made by 12 PM are dispatched on the same day. Any orders received after the 12 pm cut-off time are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or official United Kingdom Bank Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you choose.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team.

4. Failed Deliveries, Address Errors, and Re-Shipments

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers will attempt delivery multiple times. If they are unable to deliver your package after these attempts, it may be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or high demand periods. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, or contact the carrier directly for more information.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
