F8 Marketplace Terms and Conditions

• Seller: Refers to any User who lists products for sale on the Platform.
• Buyer: Refers to any User who purchases products through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To sell or purchase Products, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. F8 Marketplace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Termination: F8 Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

5. Listing and Selling Products

• Product Listings: Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful descriptions of the Products they list, including all relevant specifications, conditions, and prices.
• Prohibited Items: Sellers are prohibited from listing any items that are illegal, hazardous, or otherwise not permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
• Sales Agreement: By listing a Product, the Seller agrees to sell it to any Buyer who meets the purchase conditions and completes the transaction.

6. Purchasing Products

• Order Placement: When a Buyer places an order for a Product, they agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. F8 Marketplace is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.
• Order Cancellation: Buyers may cancel their orders before shipment. After shipment, cancellation or returns may be subject to the Seller’s return policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: Sellers are responsible for shipping Products to Buyers in a timely and secure manner. Sellers must provide tracking information once the Product has been shipped.
• Delivery: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate. F8 Marketplace is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the Product has been delivered.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Sellers are required to specify their return and refund policies in their Product listings. Buyers should review these policies before making a purchase.
• Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute between a Buyer and a Seller regarding a return or refund, F8 Marketplace may mediate the dispute but is not obligated to do so. The final decision rests with the Seller, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Fees and Commissions

• Seller Fees: F8 Marketplace may charge Sellers a fee or commission on sales made through the Platform. These fees will be disclosed to the Seller at the time of listing.
• Payment of Fees: Sellers are responsible for paying all fees and commissions due to F8 Marketplace. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: F8 Marketplace and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and content.
• User Content: By submitting content to the Platform, Users grant F8 Marketplace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

F8 Marketplace is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Platform or the Products listed on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F8 Marketplace disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or the Products purchased through it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless F8 Marketplace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

14. Amendments to the Terms

F8 Marketplace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
